    JZF-16 packing kit is the well sealing aparatus for oil, gas and well

    The equipment consists of 3 parts. The upper is the sealing part, the middle part is drum-like, it can connect the upper and bottom, it can ensure the sealing equipment can follow the action of sucker rod and compensate the sahking part. The bottom is a flange connecting with well mouth.

The diameter of applicable sucker rod Ø19, Ø25, Ø28, Ø32, Ø34, Ø36, Ø42

    1. Before installation, you should check the box, and remove the sand or other harmful products.

    2. Check the diameter of sucker rod is compatible with sealing part

    3. Check the operation parameter can work with box properly

    4. During adjustion, you should adjust the sealing part in two ways, each adjustion should be done step and step in samll degree, or you man break the rod and push too mush pressure on some side, these cam make the sealing failure.

    5. You should push the lubricant on the rod frequently, it can elongate the working life of sealing box
